Terroir and Vinification:
Viognier, La Glacière plot – planted in 2019 on clay soils
IGP Méditerranée 2022

Tasting Notes:
A very pale yellow colour with silver-green highlights.
A floral nose typical of Viognier with fruity notes of apricot and mango.
A long, silky palate with the same aromas of white flowers, ripe apricot, and a more pronounced mango character.
A refined, aromatic, and refreshing wine to decant and enjoy alongside river fish, crayfish, pike quenelles, or white meat with asparagus.

Serving: 10–12 °C, slight aeration recommended.
Degrees: 13%
