Although Paradis wines are always made with the aim of keeping sulphite levels low, and although sulphites are naturally present in wines, we wanted to produce a complete range of wines made without the addition of sulphites.

Making sulfite-free wines requires great care and attention at every stage. First, the grapes are hand-picked to avoid any release of juice before they reach the press.
