The “Anges” showcase the finesse of our terroir through the pure expression of a single grape variety. The “Démons” challenge conventions in both our winemaking and tasting approach. A range true to its wines: vibrant and unconstrained, driven purely by the pleasure of tasting, discovery, and the surprises that come with it.

Red 100% Carignan, No Added Sulfites:
Wine evolves—and so do we. To give full expression to a historic grape variety, and as part of our ongoing reflection on our methods, we wanted this 100% Carignan to be made without any added sulfites.

A wine of character, raw and natural, true to the spirit of this dominant grape in the blend!
