Discover the secret of blending wines.

The blending of wines consists of composing a wine from different grape varieties and / or different wines. After a short stroll through the vineyards, a technical visit of our cellar we propose to taste several grape varieties, separately, to discover their aromas and their characteristics.

Each participant then designs their own blending wine according to their tastes and aspirations and then leaves with their sample of 50 cl.
