Experience an Immersive Day at the Heart of Château Paradis Vineyards during our Exclusive "Harvesters' Day" Workshop. This unique event, scheduled for September 28th, offers an exceptional opportunity to discover the behind-the-scenes of the harvest, a key step in winemaking that combines tradition and expertise.
An Authentic Experience
The day begins at 9:30 AM with a warm welcome at the estate, followed by an introductory briefing to get you into the spirit of the harvest. Equipped and guided by our experts, you will participate in manual harvesting from 10 AM to 11 AM. In teams, you will learn to select the best grapes, essential for the quality of our wines.
Discovery and Tasting Tour
From 11 AM, we will open the doors of our cellar for a guided explanatory tour of the grape's journey during vinification. You will have the opportunity to taste the first juices of the season and appreciate the subtleties of their transformation into wine.
Conviviality and Gastronomy
At noon, a friendly aperitif will be offered in the courtyard of our estate. Enjoy a commented tasting of our wines, including older vintages, enhanced by a fascinating oenological journey. Lunch will be a time of sharing around a large mechoui, prepared by us, perfect for exchanging and enjoying together.
Relaxing Afternoon
The day continues with the option to stroll along our vineyard trail to admire the beauty of the vines or to stay at the estate to enjoy our pétanque facilities.
