Paradis Gourmand: A Gastronomic Experience with L’Art Culinaire 🍽️

On Saturday, June 13th, Château Paradis opens its doors for a new edition of its exceptional gourmet lunch. In the heart of the vineyards, the teams of L’Art Culinaire will take over the kitchen to offer you a refined gastronomic experience.

Throughout the meal, Chef Samy Feddag will reveal the secrets behind his creations, while the Château Paradis team will guide you through the discovery of the wines and their perfect pairings.

✨ Menu:

Welcome cocktail with rosé wine
Starter: Citrus-marinated salmon with dill & passion fruit vinaigrette
Main course: Veal Wellington with rich jus, boulangère potatoes & vegetables confit with sage
Dessert: Walnut crumble with red berries and strawberry–lime coulis

Each dish will be served with carefully selected Château Paradis wines.
