On Saturday, March 21, as part of the Wine Aix’Perience, come and discover the unique characteristics of each appellation and understand why not all white wines are the same! Guided by our cellar manager, this comparative tasting will allow you to explore 4 white wines from different estates and appellations:

• AOP Palette – Château Henri Bonnaud
• AOP Côtes de Provence – Château Gassier
• AOP Cassis – Clos d'Albizzi
• AOP Coteaux d'Aix-En-Provence – Château Paradis

The tasting will be followed by an aperitif with a cheese & charcuterie platter 🧀
