Discover our terroir by savoring the wines in the “Paradis Le domaine” range, the fruit of our ideas laboratory, combining know-how and discovery.

Although Paradis wines are always made with the aim of keeping sulphite levels low, and although sulphites are naturally present in wines, we wanted to produce a complete range of wines made without the addition of sulphites.

It’s a risk we’ve taken! To offer you ever more naturalness and authenticity. Our constant attention to detail enables us to produce wines with no additives or preservatives.

Terroir and vinification :

Carignan – Hangar plot – planted in 1962 (the oldest on the estate) on clay-loam soil.

Producing sulfite-free wines requires great care and attention at every stage. First, the grapes are hand-picked to avoid any release of juice before they reach the press. After direct pressing, the juice is cooled and quickly settled to activate alcoholic fermentation. After a few weeks, the wines are filtered and packaged with great care to avoid oxidation.

Tasting notes :

A deep, intense color.

A very open nose of red fruits, slightly jammy, evoking the greediness of Carignan.
