Anges & Démons No added sulphites – 75 cl

Château Paradis has freed itself from the constraints of its appellation of origin to present a selection of remarkable wines. The “Angels” highlight the finesse of our terroir in the service of the pure expression of a grape variety. The “Demons” which challenge the codes of both our know-how and tasting. A range in the image of its wines: lively and without constraint, except for the pleasure of tasting, discovery and the surprises that result from it.

Red 100% Carignan, No added sulphites: Wine evolves and so do we. In order to give pride of place to a historic grape variety and in our ongoing process of questioning our way of working, we wanted this 100% Carigan without added sulfites.

A wine with character, raw and natural, just like the dominant grape variety in the blend!

To keep: to drink within the year.
