On reservation : 40€ per person / 20€ for children under 12

This year we welcome a new Chef, just as talented as our friend Ronald GUILLAUME.
Chef Eric GUIGON, who works as a home chef in Peyrolles en Provence, will concoct a "live" menu for you and share his tricks of the trade.
After training with starred chefs such as Michel Guérard, Alain Senderens and Guy Savoy, Chef Eric GUIGON practised his passion at the Sofitel in Paris and then in Marseille. From 1999 to 2001, the Bottin Gourmand guide recognized his cuisine as one of the best in France. In 2002, he received the Toque d'Or, awarded by the Toques Françaises.
He then chose to continue his gastronomic adventure in his grandfather's South, where he expresses a sunny cuisine with Provencal flavours.
On the menu, fresh and seasonal products! The Chef is particularly fond of working with fish and will offer you a fish as a main course.
